What is Apache Guacamole?

Apache Guacamole is a clientless remote desktop gateway. It supports standard protocols like VNC, RDP, and SSH.
We call it clientless because no plugins or client software are required.
Thanks to HTML5, once Guacamole is installed on a server, all you need to access your desktops is a web browser.

An excellent bit of software. I can control any of my Physical, Virtual and services equipped with a VNC server such as FireFox and FileZilla. I can even boot these remotely via the WOL (Wake On Lan) section as long as you have a static IP and MAC entered for the machine in question. Perfect for using behind corporate firewalls as absolutely no software is required apart from an HTML5 browser.

There are options for multiple accounts along with specific machine access, access schedule and even screen recording! There's even a pop up window for transferring files to and from the machine all via the browser.
